Training Management:

We can take care of all your training requirements from undertaking a full Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for your business and construction a whole-staff training and competency matrix, to providing advice and support on an individual basis.

Training Design:

Based on your unique requirements our skilled and experienced training designers can create end-to-end training packages from initial Task and Knowledge Analysis through to construction of JSAT-compliant training documentation and train-the-trainer for course delivery.

Training Auditing:

Protec has within its ranks experienced auditors who can audit your training processes and provide an independent and impartial assessment of every aspect of your training management and delivery.

Training Accreditation:

We can get your bespoke training option accredited at the appropriate level where necessary, doing all the work to ensure you are fully compliant with the needs of that accrediting body and conducting all the applications required.
